I had spent the afternoon jumping off the rock and swimming around the bay. I hung around after the sun went down to take some shots of the rock by moon and streetlight. Night photography often makes me think of a line that Vincent Van Gogh wrote in a letter to his brother: "I often think that the night is more alive and more richly colored than the day."
