Despite some streetlights here and there you still can see some stars in the Laie sky. You get the feeling of being on an island as you sit, staring up at the huge fronds of this palm tree as it sways in the night sky the star light making it's way through an eternity of space to little rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
