Hawaii wedding package pricing

There are two varieties of packages to choose from-- full packages with prints and disc only packages. The print packages include a Kolo leather scrapbook style albume, 4x6 photos and 16x20 and 8x10 enlargments and most importantly the high resolution images on disc.
The disc only packages are for people who want to save from $300 to $800 off the print package price by using the provided disc to create their own prints, album, slide show etc.
Another way to save money is to take advantage of my North Shore and winter wedding discounts. I provide a discount for any wedding shot on the north shore of Oahu and any wedding between the months of November and February (any location.) Click the yellow link below to see the discounted prices.
My goal for every wedding is to create documents that are true to the subjects and have a timeless beauty.
All Packages Include:
- All weddings are shot by Adam Palmer (Bachelor of Fine arts, Photography) with over 10 years experience shooting weddings.
- Data DVD with all the high resolution images including the rights to reproduce those images in any way you want. File sizes are large enough to accommodate 40x60 inch prints.
- All photos individually optimized for color and clarity from the original uncompressed digital raw files.
- Web Gallery available online in 1-2 weeks. Hosted indefinitely at Http://adamapalmer.zenfolio.com. Large 6 megapixel images available for download from your own wedding gallery. Perfect size for printing up to 8x10, slide shows and uploading to the web.
- Free travel any where on the Island of Oahu. Outer island and international travel available.

I am based on Oahu however I do travel to Maui, Kauai, the Big Island, Molokai and Lanai for a flat $500 fee which includes all my expenses. For weddings that run past 9:00 pm the travel fee is $750 to account for one night's accommodations. |
Wedding Slide Show on DVD $150
You email me pics of the two of you growing up meeting, etc and I'll put them together in a slide show with your favorite music as a backdrop. Includes 10 copies of the slide show on DVD. Add $10 for each additional copy on DVD. (Please order 2 weeks before your reception.)
If you don't need the slide show for your reception I can also create a wedding slide show with the pictures from you wedding (allow 2 weeks for DVD creation)
Projector rental: $100
If you've hired me for your reception I can provide a projector and screen rental for you. I'll set it up and take it down. The Projector is an Epson Movie Mate 62 DVD/Projector/Speaker combo and comes with a remote control. I chose this unit because I've seen a lot of wedding where people spend a lot of time plugging in and hooking up laptops. In some cases it takes a while to get the laptop synced up. This projector has a DVD player built right in so all you do is insert the DVD and press play. You just need to have an outlet available. The unit also has 10w stereo speakers built in. (They are fine for a small room but for loud sound past about 10 or 15 feet you will need a larger speaker setup.) Projector rental is for indoor reception venues.
Screen rental: $50
80 inch diagonal screen on a tripod stand. (Indoor use only. It's like a sail in the wind.)
